CCI serves its community through youth sports (Crossover Sports Association), health care (Crossover Health Services), and economic development (Crossover Development Company). Crossroads Counseling is Tulsas choice for therapy and counseling. That experience led to the formation of Crossover Community Impact, Inc. This eye-opening experience transformed Philip’s perspective on what it would take to truly make an impact in his community. Being able to connect with the families and help the kids deal with areas of need in their lives opened Philip’s eyes to the huge access that youth sports gave him into families’ lives in his community.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the center has reduced or temporarily paused many of these service offerings. We are excited to have Crossover Health Services at our North Regional Health and Wellness Center and serving the community together through preventive health. In addition to traditional public health services like immunizations, WIC, family planning and health screenings, the center offers features like a community garden, meeting and event space, and demonstration kitchen for healthy cooking classes. The North Regional Health and Wellness Center opened in 2012 to provide expanded health services within the north Tulsa community. The clinic is slated to open in early 2022. Services include routine check-ups, physical examinations, health screenings, lab testing, acute and chronic care, and women’s health services. The clinic will accept Medicare, Medicaid, most private insurance, and will also serve self-paying clients.
